The controller is the sole trader in the United Kingdom who runs Agent Demand Registry. The controller's full legal name and address are available on request. Contact: agentdemandregistry@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your submission or search: the fields you send, including the text of find_data_source searches. The service is designed not to collect personal data, and email addresses and phone or card numbers are automatically removed from free text.
• A pseudonymous client hash: a one-way hash of your IP address with a secret salt that changes daily. We use it only for rate limiting and preventing duplicates. We do not store your IP address. Hashes are deleted after 7 days.

Why, and on what basis

To understand demand for data and services and to protect the service from abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Client hashes: 7 days. Rejected submissions: 30 days. Other submissions and searches: up to 24 months, then deleted or kept only as aggregate statistics.

Who processes it

The service runs on Cloudflare, which acts as our processor and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards (UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell data. We publish only reworded requests and aggregate statistics.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or object to its use, by emailing the address above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
