0. find_data_source when you need data and do not know where to get it.
1. If nothing fits, browse_demand to see existing requests and median prices.
2. If one matches your need, endorse_demand with your own max price.
3. Otherwise register_demand: be specific about coverage, granularity, freshness, format and price unit.
